the staff were very friendly and always welcomed us back with a warm smile. i noticed the coffee machine had been swapped to another model i could use my coffee pods with. the gym is also very decent for a hotel of this size
the hotel is surrounded by buildings on three sides so most rooms face a wall. i was charged for the coffee and tea in the room. the value is not good considering other options

I had some issues. the room i got faced an inner courtyard so there wasn't a view to speak of. also, i found it odd that they charged extra for the coffee and tea provided in the room. it felt a little cheap, especially considering the price of the room. I expected better value.
