decent stay
friendly staff warm smile coffee machine different model decent gym nearby buildings limited view room charge coffee fee other options better value
the staff were very friendly and always welcomed us back with a warm smile. i noticed the coffee machine had been swapped to another model i could use my coffee pods with. the gym is also very decent for a hotel of this size
the hotel is surrounded by buildings on three sides so most rooms face a wall. i was charged for the coffee and tea in the room. the value is not good considering other options

limited view extra charge
I had some issues. the room i got faced an inner courtyard so there wasn't a view to speak of. also, i found it odd that they charged extra for the coffee and tea provided in the room. it felt a little cheap, especially considering the price of the room. I expected better value.
